Therapy & Coaching

We provide therapy & coaching to CEO’s, founders, thought leaders, & executives.

Most of our clients have done quite well in most areas of their lives but may be still struggling to find over all peace & joy.

We assist our client’s in being able to develop a road map to self actualization through discovering how to be in better relationship with themselves & others.

As an elevated wellness experience, every part of our philosophy has been thoughtfully considered.

Whether you are business partners, family members, long time friends, or married for over 20 years, we can help you better connect in your relationships.

Relationship wellness isn’t just for couples.

Philosophy:

Our self-of-the-therapist approach means that the medium in which we provide treatment is ourselves.

We believe that our ability to connect and empathize with our clients is paralleled by our own personal journey of growth and self discovery.

Everyone who chooses to work with us, walks away with a greater sense of emotional intelligence & self awareness.

Meet the Team.

I really, really love what I do, and I love to laugh. If you decide you want to work with me, we will grow and have fun doing it.

I believe that coaching is neither a linear process nor a formula that can be applied to every client and situation. That is why my work is tailored to each individual or consortium I work with.

Working with me is an invitation to gain clarity about who you are, where you'd like to be, and to take a deeper look at what may be hindering you from achieving your goals.

Through my work with hundreds of clients, one of the most common barriers I've seen with almost everyone I've worked with is the mental limitations that act as self-sabotaging agents, preventing people from achieving what they want in life.

These agents may have served you well in the past, but now they don't.

I work with you to unlock these barriers and roadblocks so that you can continue to work in alignment with yourself rather than in opposition.

This work requires a level of accountability and agency from you.

The benefits I've seen from my clients include, but are not limited to, a substantial decrease in symptoms of depression, anxiety, mania, mood swings, feelings of longing, and loneliness. Additionally, I've witnessed an undeniable increase in confidence, autonomy, joy, and emotional intelligence.

My clients walk away reporting feeling more emotionally balanced, self-assured, and much more effective in their relationships.

This contributes to people having less tension and more satisfying relationships, increased strategic planning within their careers, less resistance in meeting their professional goals, a stronger ability to handle and manage conflict, increased direct communication skills, and overall a sense of peace and joy.

Online therapy & coaching makes getting started easier than ever before. Let’s explore some of the biggest advantages of virtual services.

Virtual wellness services eliminate the need for transportation and any travel-related costs. It also allows you to attend sessions from wherever you're most comfortable- scheduling sessions for times that are the most convenient for you.

Eases stigma.

Whether via zoom or phone, online access on your terms can make it easier to overcome the anxiety and stigma historically attached to wellness treatment.

Gets Results.

What People Are Saying

“Our therapist was initially treating just my spouse, but I started joining from time to time to delve into some extended family issues. I was impressed from the start at our therapist’s ability to accurately reflect back to us our situation, and to also to help us adjust our lens on what was happening and seek new perspectives on it. I can’t think of a session with her where I didn’t glean some nugget that stayed with me, something that helped me think about our issues in a new way. She is also just a kind, empathetic person who I believe genuinely cares about me and my spouse and wants us to help us grow and heal.”

Therapy is an unbelievable source of courage, energy, and hope in our lives. We've developed a much-improved understanding and acceptance of ourselves, each other, and the people closest to us. The work is hard, but the rewards are undeniable. Therapy has been like a release valve that helps us live in a calmer and more thoughtful state.

M.F & D.C (couples therapy)

“I am so grateful that I took a chance and sought out therapy when I was going through a difficult period in my life. I had hoped my therapist would help me to manage my anxiety and gain confidence in my decisions. However, it has provided me with so much more than I ever hoped. Through therapy I continue to learn about myself and better understand how I experience the world. I am consistently uncovering parts of my past that influence my thought patterns and ideals. My therapist has helped me to work on accepting myself and my feelings while also working toward self improvement. My mental health journey has become one of the most fulfilling parts of my life.”

J.R (Individual therapy)

"We knew that we wanted to do couples therapy before taking the big step of getting engaged. We had such an overwhelmingly positive experience! From day one, it was clear to each of us that this was a safe, nonjudgmental space to be vulnerable and learn more about ourselves and each other. We left each session with new tools to notice patterns of thought and resolve conflicts. Those lessons continue to strengthen our relationship to this day—highly recommend!"
